Cassia nomame also named Nomame herba, Mimosoides tea, Fish bone cassia, Artillery plant, and Five-leaf cassia (Australia) belongs to the family Fabaceae (Pea), with its botanical names Cassia nomame L., or Cassia nomame (Sieb.) Kitagawa, or Cassia nomame(Sieb)Honda, or Cassia mimosoides L. var. nomame Makino, or Chamaecrista mimosoides (L.) Greene, or Cassia mimosoides L. It is native to the South Africa, with a wide habitat allover the world’s tropic and subtropical areas, including China and East Asia.
